Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that situations come up and there will be times you—or we—will need to cancel. We would appreciate a minimum of four hours notice. 

If a student has a sore throat, hoarse voice or bad cough or cold, I highly recommend cancelling the class. Singing through this can cause damage on the vocal folds.

No shows will be charged the full lesson price upon the next lesson.
